PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL IRONING IS CARRIED OUT BY OUR STAFF AT YOUR HOME.
Here is what our professional will do:
- 7-8 shirts for 1 hour
- 16-20 T-shirts for 1 hour
- 10-12 pairs of jeans for 1 hour
- 1 set bed linen for 30-40 minutes

FAQS ABOUT OUR IRONING SERVICES
We interview ironers in-person and check their documents to confirm their identity and their right to work in the UK. We also check their proof of address and references. Each ironer has to pass our skills test. Ironers go through induction with one of our supervisors or in the homes of our management team.
You will receive a list with recommended cleaning supplies, which are required for the Ironing service. Our cleaners will use your equipment to complete the ironing.
We do our best to provide the same ironer each time and we will provide a replacement if your regular ironer is unwell or goes on holiday.
Yes, most of our customers leave keys to their ironers. All ironers are vetted and have been tested on other jobs before starting providing regular service.
You can book our Ironing service on its own and get your pile of clothing and bedding ironed, neatly folded and organised on a regular basis or as a one off booking. You can also add some additional hours of ironing to your regular cleaning session.
Most of the cleaners are Eastern European. We make sure to have an English speaking cleaner or supervisor at all times, so you can give them your instructions before the cleaning. If you have any questions or special requirements regarding the cleaning or the nationality of the cleaners, we encourage you to call our office staff.
We apply a cancellation fee only if the service is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time or if the customer fails to provide access to the team as previously arranged.
